Product Usage:

Cut to appropriate size and place the dressing on a closed wond/scar. Mepiform® should be changed every 7 days under normal conditions. Rinse the dressing with water if necessary and place the dressing on the skin again when it is dry.

Product Warnings:

Only apply on closed wound. Should maceration or rash occur, remove the dressing and allow the skin to recover until the symptom has disappeared, then continue treatment gradually incresing therapy time. If the symptom persists, discontinue to use and consult a physician for advice.

Benefit:

Mepiform® is designed for the management of both old and new hypertrophic and keloid scars. It can also be used as a prophylactic therapy on closed wounds for prevention of hypertrophic or keloid scarring.
