Apply
- Take three pearl-sized drops of Synactif Neck & Décolleté Cream with the spatula.
Apply to the six indicated areas of the neck and décolleté. (image a)
With your right hand, apply the cream slowly and gently to the left side of your neck and décolleté.
Repeat three times. Then, switch to the other side. (image b and c)- (a)

Open up
- Lightly place the Essential Flow Massager on the indented areas above your collarbones and tilt your head diagonally backward. (image d)

Flow
- Slowly and gently move the Essential Flow Massager in the direction of lymphatic flow.
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 (image e and f)three times each. Then, switch to the other side.- Starting just below your ear, move the massager toward your neck and collarbone.
- Starting from the top of your décolleté, move the massager toward your underarm.
